Last minute trip and far exceeded expectations - better than photos. Tranquil and lovely beach, but still close to restaurants and other things to do. Team there were great and very friendly and a lovely surprise to have daily cleaning service included in price. I've stayed at numerous Airbnbs & from the other app over 25+ years - this was one of the best. Book it now!

The pictures of Frank's place are accurate. The apartment is lovely, well kept, very clean. The place was quiet and a wonderful getaway. Frank was responsive, friendly and definitely addressed anything we raised or needed, always in a friendly, prompt and understanding way. You won't be sorry to book this place, it really is lovely and we always felt safe and comfortable in the area. If I had to change anything, it would be that it would be great to have screens on the doors to the outside so that they could be left open to enjoy the amazing, cool sea breeze. Also, if you're really tall, the bed seemed a little short to us, so it's definitely something to ask about before you book. I should add that the daily cleaning was awesome (made our working vacation seem more like a vacation) and the people who we dealt with like the woman who cleaned our apartment and the security guard of the condo complex were super friendly and wonderful. All in all, it was great!

Frank is the best host we've had on Air BNB ! The place is beautiful but can use some tune up. The location is the best part of Cancun. Sunrise Beach workouts and taking the bus to supermarkets were my highlights. My 2 year old loved every minute. The amenities were never crowded ie. Gym, pool and the views will forever be engrained in my mind. 💕 Thank you Frank, you are the best.

I had the pleasure of spending a month at Naima. The entire experience was truly amazing. Frank is an incredible host. He answered any and all questions I had. He gave the best recommendations for food/shopping, and helped me set up a very special private boat ride. The apartment is comfortable, modern, and exactly like the photos. But the phenomenal view and the overall vibe is hard to capture in a single image. It’s a stunning place with the most exquisite views of the sea and Isla Mujeres in the distance. And the location is perfect. It’s close enough to everything you’ll need but also private and quiet. I’d like to give a huge shout out to all of the kind folks who work/manage Naima. Enrique, Adolfo, and Katy thank you for making my stay the most enjoyable time I’ve ever had. I give this place my highest recommendation. I’ll be back again!
