We had a lovely 4 night stay at Reene’s place. It was very clean, tidy and comfortable with all necessary amenities and some great extra touches such as teabags, coffee, seasonings etc. Plenty of towels to use and bedding was all very clean. Safe available to store things as needed. Property is up a steep hill but this is a very short distance so if you take your time you’ll be fine but people with mobility difficulties may struggle though plenty of taxis available. Check in was easy. Property is slightly down a path so may be hard to find if driving but taxi knew exactly where to drop us and the community was very friendly and helpful so just ask and they’ll point you in the right direction and Reene was there waiting. Buses available often right at the bottom of the hill and the beautiful grand anse beach was just across the road. Reene was so helpful to us despite difficult personal circumstances at the time and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you Reene

Great location! Very spacious place with a balcony surrounded by beautiful flowering plants. Had everything we needed and then some. Communication and check in was easy and clear. Would stay again!

Reene was a very kind and responsive host. Her house was lovely however the location was a bit challenging. The "hill" that was mentioned in reviews is incredibly steep and there is an unpaved walkway to get to the actual house from the main road. I did not know this before hand and as a severe asthmatic with a leg injury, it resulted in spending $20 every time we wanted to get back just because we needed a cab to go up the mountain. There were also cab drivers who refused to take us because they did not like driving up down the mountain and/or they couldn't find the address. Besides that, the house was comfortable and very close to grand anse beach which was nice. This was a lovely accommodation but just know the trek up to the house, especially late at night, is not for the faint of heart or anyone with a physical disability.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ausreichend groß. Der Weg zur Unterkunft von der Straße war kurz, aber sehr steil. Daher würde ich die Unterkunft älteren Gästen nicht empfehlen. Reene hat uns am Flughafen abgeholt und auch zur Fähre gefahren. Vielen Dank dafür. Von der Terrasse darf man allerdings nicht so viel erwarten, da sie sehr klein ist und das Meer nicht zu sehen ist. Auch ist die Unterkunft für zwei Personen geeignet, aber nicht für vier Personen, weil der Tisch zu klein An der Straße fahren die Kleinbusse nach Saint Georges sehr häufig. Auch der wunderschöne Strand Grand Anse ist gleich gegenüber der Straße. Ich finde, das st der schönste Strand der Insel. Auch nicht weit weg ist ein Supermarkt. Zum Essen empfehle ich den Grand Anse Spice Markt, der eigentlich eher eine Art Food Corner ist. Esther's Bar ist die Beste. Daher sollte man am Strand sich lieber selbst dort was holen. Auch das Essen dort war sehr lecker und preislich okay. (Bars und Essen gibt es auch am Abend.

Reene was amazing, so friendly and helpful! Her place is just as perfect the photos and a great location for the beach and restaurants (a short downhill walk from the house). Neighbours are friendly.
