I'd say all in all the place was as described. There were a few food items that were there and we were told that we were welcome to have whatever we found. There was ample space for 3 people to stay (a couple plus one) and everything was clean. Any time I messaged I got a quick response. There were a variety of toiletry items which was a nice touch, as well as some items we didn't use but were nice to be available (slow cooker, dishwasher pods, etc). It seems like the host really did go the extra effort to provide what a person would need to make the stay hassle free.

This is my second time staying at this crash pad and it was even more amazing this time around! The upgraded bathrooms are stellar! The house was spotless, and Mark is very thoughtful and welcoming! I can honestly say it's the best AirBnB I have stayed at in the region!

Mark's place was super handy during a work trip. The place was clean, close to Lafayette's downtown, and clean. He was very communicative and helpful when we had some last minute changes with our travel and we will definitely be back!
