Gabe's place was great! Everything was easy, from check-in, throughout my stay, and through check-out. Gabe's place was immaculate and free of bugs - even the ubiquitous sugar ants I've seen everywhere else I've ever stayed in Hawaii. Throughout my stay, Gabe was friendly and neighborly. Gabe hooked me up with freshly harvested jabongs and mountain apples that were so good! Everything worked fine throughout my stay and I didn't have any problems with anything but did need to extend my stay a couple times, to which he was very responsive and accommodating, which I was very thankful for. While Gabe's place doesn't have any beach views, but it is on a private drive, with private access to beautiful Ewa Beach within a one-minute walk and I fell asleep every night to the sound of waves crashing on the beach through my bedroom window. The neighbors on the private drive were also friendly and quiet.

Wonderful place to relax by the beach and away from the touristy parts of Oahu. Perfect home away from home that’s was very comfortable with a large, nice kitchen, separate mini-split AC units for each room, and a bonus office room. We ended up using it as a luggage room which kept the clutter down in the rest of the house. We lived just walking out the beach for sunset very evening we were home.

Gabe was an incredible host. He was so helpful and very kind. The house is within walking distance of the beach. Would definitely stay again. :)

The place was amazing for us and our needs. It was nicely renovated and had great working air conditioning.We had everything we need to get started in a working kitchen.He even left lots of toilet paper, paper towels, seasonings and everything else you can think of l. Idid use and replace some items we used a lot of like olive oil and tin foil and toilet paoer as those itens are pricey and out of courteousness i felt should be replaced.He even had a gas grill outside which was perfect for some days we were too lazy to cook.The beach is right there just steps behind the house and the neighborhood was actually more quiet than we expected except for the occasional rooster and nearby firing range which was only during daylight hours, never in the evening. It was close and convenient to what I wanted for work and the place was comfortable and well appointed. Highly recommend and the owner was responsive and provided everything you need for a wonderful comfortable stay!!!!

Gabe was a great host and the place was really nice. It had updated appliances and was right next to the beach. It was a nice ritual having my coffee in the morning from there. Also having a designated parking spot was a big plus.
