Our stay at Carinya was absolutely stunning. The house was stunning and spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need. The only thing you could might need to bring with is hair conditioner if you can't live without it. Wayne was amazing and nothing was too much trouble and responded really quickly. The view was fabulous and the house is central to everything in Seal Rocks, even the coffee van was just around the corner. Honestly I can't recommend Carinya enough, you will not be disappointed. Thanks Wayne for making it a great weekend.

Wayne’s property is a delightful spot. Private enough to enjoy a warm outdoor shower after an ocean swim, yet a stone’s throw away from the beach, coffee cart/general store and a short walk from the lighthouse and national park. Surrounded by nature and birdsong, sunrises are particularly special from the deck overlooking the sea. It’s not often you find accommodation with a comfortable bed, paramount for a restful getaway and this place has a king sized deep sleep dream-maker!!! Wayne is very responsive, resourceful and helpful. Thank you, Wayne! We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Seal Rocks is a special place and it was great to be able to explore all the different beaches during our stay....a simple holiday!

We had an amazing time - the house and location were perfect. The beach was within a short walking distance, as was a coffee trailer. It was so nice to come back from a beach day to the outdoor shower and relax on the beautiful patio with views of the ocean. The house had everything we needed and Wayne was a great host.
