A great place! Highly recommend. Right near downtown Jefferson City and an easy walk to most of the coffee shops, bars, and restaurants in the high street area.
This location is the perfect place to stay in Jefferson City. It is just a short walk to tour the Capital and take in the beautiful Governor’s mansion and gardens. It is just steps from the best breakfast (High Rise Cafe) and lunch/dinner (The Grand). The suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. While an older home, no detail has been left out in modernizing comforts while lovingly preserving the historic charm (we loved the working pocket doors). Can’t wait to plan the next girls weekend and rent both suites!

Hello, we are a locally owned property management company in Jefferson City Missouri. We take pride in having modern and extremely clean furnished units for all your travel needs. We do offer a 24 hour emergency maintenance service and our office is open 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. We are very accommodating to your needs, please don't hesitate to send us a message if you are looking for something specific. We love to host guests that are new to the area. We happily suggest area attractions, restaurants, and events and provide area info in your guest home. Our office is conveniently located in downtown Jefferson City. We are four blocks from the Missouri State Capitol. We have furnished units in all areas of the city to meet your needs. Our team is dedicated to serve you during your stay.
