More than the place, care taker was amazing. Mr. Naresh was extremely good in taking care of all the guests. He did a fantastic job in following instructions. Food was amazing like a home cooked food. Place was a little below expectations however, we didn’t have any issues through out our stay. Would like to stay again if I was to visit Mumbai in future.

We had a shocker as soon as we arrived. The entire building was being renovated or painted. It had scaffolding all over the exterior. The caretaker refused to give us a key to the apartment and we would have to always call him or depend on him being around to open the place every time we stepped out. Inspite of us asking the caretaker to not switch off the air con when we were running out for a little while he would constantly switch it off. On the second day he insisted we allow the painting workers to access the apartment to paint the outer walls. We said we were comfortable to allow random guys in with our things around, he repeated the request at least thrice before we sternly declined. The apartment was not cleaned until Sunday when we had a call from his manager and that too he just made up the bed, no fresh towels or bed linen. We reported the entire issue to air bnb and it in turn was sent to the host but they haven’t called back after one simple 30 second initial call.

Great location. Great care taker. Little older property than what pictures suggest. Washrooms and rooms are small. Kitchen usage charges are extra. Laundry service for only two clothes per room was little tight.
