Check-in: 4:00 pm Check-out: 10:00 am **We had the pleasure of welcoming our newborn son into the world in March of 2022, unfortunately, he has some very complex medical needs. Since we take pride in cleaning The Outside Inn ourselves to maintain the utmost quality our guests deserve, we have had to change our check-in time to 4:00pm, and our check-out time to 10:00am to allow more time to clean our studio. Please let us know if you check-out of the studio early so that we can begin the cleaning process. You will be staying in an attached unit to our home with a private entrance and self check-in key-code entry, a designated parking space in our driveway, and a private yard as we hope you’ll bring your dog along with you on your Central Oregon experience - we sure would! Everything about your Airbnb experience will be private, but if we happen to cross paths in the driveway please say hello! LOCATION We are just 10 minutes from the main destinations including Downtown, the Old Mill, the Box Factory, and more breweries and eateries than one could imagine. There are a variety of popular food destinations in NE Bend that are less than a few miles away including: Sun River Brewing, Hablo Tacos, Mother's Juice Cafe, 10 Barrel Brewing, and Worthy Brewing. You'll be a convenient 35 minutes from Mt. Bachelor, 30 minutes to Smith Rock, and 20 minutes from the Redmond Airport. KITCHENETTE This space is fully loaded with a brand new kitchenette including: a Keurig for coffee/tea, griddle, hot plate with pot/pan set, mixing bowls, toaster oven, microwave, mini refrigerator/freezer, and a blender. NOISE This studio shares a wall with the rest of our home, and there is a rarely-used bedroom upstairs, so we want to disclose that you will likely hear some muffled noise from us or our children - but we have intentionally added a sound barrier behind the walls, provide a natural sound soother for sleeping, and an impressive bluetooth speaker for your desired background music. DOG RULES - We are dog lovers at heart and we have a friendly black lab named Boone, though he will usually bark at you once or twice, you are then his immediate best friend and that's just his way of welcoming our guests :) The studio has a private yard that is separated by a fence for ease and privacy. - Please be aware that a non-refundable dog fee of $25.00 per night, per dog, will be charged to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning. Maximum 2 dogs per stay. ***Please notify us if you have dogs BEFORE booking the reservation so we can adjust the price accordingly. - We welcome all well-mannered dogs, only dogs. We do reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays biting, excessive noise/barking, or other unacceptable behaviors. - Dogs are *not permitted to be left unattended in the studio or the private yard under any circumstances. - Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed (for sanitation purposes and as a precaution for future guests). - We're sorry, due to allergy restrictions in our family we are unable to accommodate cats or other pets at this time) MISC Rules: - Noise Curfew - quiet time 10pm to 9am - Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the studio or anywhere on the property - The space is not large enough nor designed to accommodate more than 2 people, and we ask that only the 1-2 guests that book are the only people in the studio - If something happens to break or is damaged during your stay, please let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair - We ask that no food / drink be consumed on the bed. *If something does happen to spill on the sheets, PLEASE let us know asap so we can spot clean accordingly and hopefully avoid charging expenses for replacement linens.
