We had a fantastic stay here for Christmas. House had everything we needed for all of us. Excellent location and would highly recommend to stay here.

Lovely stay in Deal, perfect location. Lots of room within the property for 9 people. Close to pubs, restaurants and a stones throw from the sea front.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it was even nicer this year. Beautiful house - set out perfectly. Comfy beds and sofas. Large dining table. Great place. We’ll come again.

Lovely house in a great location. Plenty large enough for 7 adults & we loved having the beach so close. Only downside was a lack of house manual that led to a cold shower for those in the loft on day one! We did manage to get a response from the management company though with some instructions that solved the matter.

Spotlessly clean and spacious. The photos of the interior are very accurate and there is a small courtyard off the kitchen with an outdoor table and seating, plus some folding chairs. There is also a charcoal BBQ. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with plates, mugs glasses and cooking equipment. The sofas were comfy and the dining table is very generous. The bathrooms were very clean with great water pressure and the mattresses were very comfortable. It’s a great location near Deal Castle and the seafront and an easy walk into town or up towards the Strand and further on to Kingsdown. The house is spread over 4 floors and the kitchen and living room are in the basement - there is no toilet in this level, but every other level has a bathroom so it works very well for larger groups sharing the space. I would definitely return for a family holiday
