Enjoy your time on vacation at the exquisite loft, where you will find modern amenities including a gourmet kitchen and luxury bathroom with a double vanity and spa shower with body sprayers. Sip coffee on the balcony, or relax in the open concept living room. The loft offers abundant windows to keep the space sunny and cheerful, an is guaranteed to bring joy to each morning. The Loft is new and modern and includes all the amenities to make you feel at home, including high end appliances, linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Loft is tucked off the main road, but close to restaurants, activities, and the interstate. Consumable products such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry/dish detergent, trash bags, etc. are supplied upon check-in, and usually provides up to a 2 week supply for most guests. If you book for longer than two weeks, please plan to replenish these items for the remainder of your stay.

We loved staying atThe Loft! It was everything shown and listed on the Airbnb site. It was centrally located to the shoreline, shopping, restaurants and so much more. We loved staying in the Loft! The apartment is beautiful and beautifully decorated. We didn't want to leave. We appreciated all of the effort that was put into creating such a welcoming place. The kitchen was furnished with everything needed to cook and eat (except for the food). The bathroom had a modern, walk-in shower, two sinks and lovely cabinetry. We did love the Loft and would return.
We were return visitors to The Loft on Augusta Road. Last year were stayed three months and this year we stayed a month. The ease of “Checking-in” was seamless….. A key was put in a specific place for us. Lisa had a gift basket of wine, chocolates, chips, etc. on the counter when we arrived. The apartment was SPOTLESS and had all of the amenities as described and a nice television with unlimited cable channels. The second story deck was nicely appointed and perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The location of The Loft on Augusta Road is SO convenient to Portland and the various coastal towns. Brunswick is 5-10 minutes away and has all types of restaurants and amenities. I highly recommend The Loft on Augusta Road for a short or longer stay…. We felt very at home there. Any question we did have Lisa responded immediately. MR
Wonderful Airbnb. Comfortable, clean, big kitchen, flawless wifi. My husband and I worked remotely while exploring the area and had no issues at all. Nice location, easy to explore Brunswick, Harpswell, and not far to Portland.

4-miles from the town of Brunswick and Bowdoin College/Maine State Music Theater and 3-miles from Topsham Fair Mall (shopping, restaurants, movies, department and grocery store) and Interstate 295 - quick access to Augusta and Portland.
The Loft is situated adjacent to a duplex with quiet tenants. The Loft is above my studio space where I hold private fitness sessions up to 10 hours per week on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during normal hours (8am-noon).
Another Airbnb is located onsite, and can be booked for family or friends staying together. The two can accommodate up to 6 people.
The main road (Route 201) is busy during the day, but there is a large shoulder for walking, running, or biking.
Parking is available on-site adjacent to The Loft for two+ vehicles, and can accommodate RVs and trailers.

Our family of three (Lisa, Bob, and 8 year old, Acadia) lives in the beautiful coastal fishing town of Harpswell, Maine, but the other place we call home is Costa Rica. The biodiversity, wildlife, and culture are a few of what attracts us to this small, but rich Central American country. We anticipate our annual vacation to this warmer climate during Maine's winters. Bob, a well-known local builder, designed and built The Loft at Augusta Road with simplicity in mind, splurging on some amenities that we consider to be important. We love to cook, so we incorporated a grand kitchen, wide open to the living area. Maine winters are long, and bright indoor spaces are a necessity which was the inspiration to add large windows on the south side of The Loft. Bob has always wanted to build a custom tile shower with a rain head and body sprayers, and this has come to fruition at The Loft. Lisa, a five-time national Olympic-style boxing champion and coach, left her career as an Environmental Health and Safety Director to pursue personal boxing training and be more available for Acadia. She utilizes the studio space below The Loft for about 10 hours per week, offering personal training through boxing to improve fitness and build confidence. Stop by and check it out, if you find her in the studio. Acadia, named after the magnificent Acadia National Park, attends the Chewonki School. She loves the outdoors, and most of all, terrifying her parents as she seeks out suitable trees to climb. She also likes to build forts, draw/color, ride her bike, hang out with her chickens and rabbit Henry and cat Lynxie.
