Great place to stay for a large group, a new nicks and scratches in the house. One issue on entry was the wrong code was provided. Evlolve was fairly responsive with the correct code. Got back to us with in 5 mins. Clean house. Lots of room for cooking. One of the bbq’s on the patio is not operable. Traffic getting to I-4 was tough in rush hour. Overall good place to stay for a large group.

This is by far our favorite property to stay at in the area. The host is very friendly and always responsive. I recommend visiting this property!

Two important issues that rubbed me considerably wrong... 1.) downstairs bathroom had zero hot water the entire stay, but more upsetting was, i could not get one response from host and my 69 year old mom and father had to take cold showers... 😢 very inconsiderate after securing the rental fee. Secondly, was described of having two car garage for parking, but half of garage was occupied with furniture and instructions were clear about not moving any furniture so only one vehicle could be angled into garage... uncomfortable feeling, when you are in unfamiliar area and have your vehicle and valuables accessible to uncertain elements... to add to that, there was a second garage which was not available for usage... for the amount paid out, you would expect for this to some small things readily available as described 🙄. Absolutely will give glowing recommendations to anyone!... Loved this property.

Great home overall with minor damages/inconveniences that did not hinder the stay. Things to note would be the 2 holes in the living room floor that a few of us tripped over. Several lights in the home were burnt out. And we also noticed that there weren’t any paper towels. There is also a noticeable leak in the garage. As stated in previous reviews there is a very strong sulfer/gas smell in the back yard. All in all a great stay and would return in the future. Looks exactly the same and the beds are extremely comfortable!

The Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It was very clean. It was very well-maintained as well and it was very spacious. The host was also very polite and very helpful. I 100% recommended it to everyone definitely coming back.
