Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. On the upper level is the kitchen and living room in an open space. The outdoor area consists of two terraces. There is private parking next to the house only for the residents of the complex

This makes it an ideal location for guests who appreciate simplicity and authenticity, combined with quietness and panoramic breathtaking view to Aegean Sea. It is so spectacular, that it can be experienced only with your own eyes, while having a drink or coffee in the big, beautiful balcony (one of the largest on the island) on the rocky edge of the "Castle"

Hello. The house is an eco-mini house with stone . I has a very smart design to fit two people with a luggage .The upper bed is double and the floor bed single so it is suitable also for a couple. Of course the house is small but is very cozy. It is very well located, 150m from the main beach and 700m from the port. The house has been rated hi by young people because of its style and balcony on the garden, rated lower from older people looking for comfort and size.
