Bellissimo vecchio rudere restaurato, con una vista incredibile, immerso nella natura selvaggia: 12 isole visibili a sud e 10 visibili lato nord!. I tre ambienti sono accessibili da porte esterne, su veranda privata con vista. La casa è proprio sopra la piscina condivisa con le altre case del complesso con una vista mozzafiato.
