Located on the ground floor of a building, it has a direct entrance from the street, so there's no need to access it from inside the building. You can access the apartment by car, so leaving your luggage won't be a problem. Its ground-floor location might be its least fortunate feature, but its spaciousness, with over 40 square meters of usable space, its design, its amenities, and the fact that it has a Jacuzzi suitable for two people certainly deserve to be considered outstanding qualities. The apartment has been completely renovated and decorated with the aim of making it the ideal place for a romantic getaway with your partner. It is a loft-style apartment, where the continuity of space and the interplay of different areas and permeable elements define the various spaces without any doors separating them, except for the bathroom and the toilet, which is located within the bathroom and has a door.
