It is known for its traditional Greek charm, offering visitors a peaceful , rural atmosphere and stunning views 17 km from Corfu International Airport and the city center. The village is close to lively coastal areas: Ipsos (2.3 km away), known for its nightlife, restaurants, and bars, and Barbati (5 km away), famous for its crystal-clear waters and relaxing beach vibe.

Located not far from Ipsos that is a town you can find anything from restaurants to bars ,pharmacies,cafes,super markets and also night clubs. The house sits under the highest mountain in Corfu, Pantokrator. The nearest beaches are Barbati and Ipsos, approx. 15-20 mins by car. Alternatively, you can drive through picturesque villages to reach Acharavi in the north of the island. Corfu Town is 35-45

White Jasmine Cottage is a 200 year old village house that has been tastefully modernised and furnished without compromising the traditional features. The views over the village and the island are outstanding. The Cottage lies at the top of the village just a few minutes walk from the main square.
