You will appreciate the blackout curtains and white noise machine for a good night's sleep or cat nap during the day! A short walk to downtown and the Sacramento River. A convenient drive to many attractions. One of our favorite things is a stroll down Market St. where we can grab a cup of coffee and visit the gift shops. No children/upstairs unit

Casa de Luces located in the beautiful Sunset Terrace area of Redding is a one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy open floor plan with dining table and a comfortable living area. Our guests love the privacy, patio, views of the greenbelt and eastern horizon. Located close to I-5, city center shops, grocery stores, Sundial Bridge and River Trail. Casa de Luces is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and longer term stays. 12% bed tax included in price.

River Rock Ranch- Pickleball Players welcome

We live close to the beautiful Trinity River & 30 minutes from the Trinity Alps. We share our beautiful home which has a studio and bathroom that have their own access separate from our home. We have kayaks and bikes that you can borrow. The studio has a kitchen that is well stocked. You can enjoy feeding our llamas and horses as well as get great recommendations for fishing, hiking and outdoor adventure. We have our pickleball court available and can borrow paddles/balls.

The stairs behind the house take you down to the ground level entrance of our Cute & Cozy apartment. The lower level is attached to house with its own private entry, fully equipped kitchen & separate bedroom with large walk-in shower. Sit in a screened-in porch with a tranquil view of lawn & greenbelt with occasional deer, squirrels & wild turkeys. Close to shopping & restaurants. Off street parking with room for RV or truck with boat trailer. No pets are allowed.

Peaceful Getaway w/ Easy Access to Lassen & Shasta

Our peaceful apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful oak and manzanita trees, 2 miles from Bethel and Simpson. With easy access to I-5, you can be at Mt. Lassen National Park or Mt. Shasta in less than one hour! We can accommodate up to 4 people in a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a single rollaway bed (suggested for a youth/child) upon request. Our guest apartment is available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
