Welcome to our home. We have owned this property for over 50 years and have watched the city of Redding grow up around us. The house is perfect for a visit to the North State. Optimal for people who love the outdoors. Well situated for adventures on the Sacramento River, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Lassen and the Shasta Lake, Trinity River and Whiskeytown Lake recreational areas. When you are done exploring and adventuring you can come home, BBQ and enjoy the pool.

Spend time in a quiet and peaceful getaway. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your dog in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Centimudi boat ramp are only 2 miles away. There are also a couple great hikes and walks close by to enjoy. Plus, if you have a boat/trailer, there is room for it in the driveway. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys; and listen for the frogs at night!
