It’s the perfect in-between spot.

A charming one bedroom guest house in a beautifully converted barn situated on a 6 acre property, with views of fields, forest, and the Adirondacks in the distance. Centrally located, only a 3 min walk from the Old Brick Store (perfect for coffee and organic pastries) and the Old Lantern. Trails and roads for biking, hiking, and skiing are right at your fingertips, and Lake Champlain is a quick 5 min drive.

Our barn sits on an 80 acre estate with fab views of the Green Mts. near Middlebury/Burlington. Perfect for 2 adults and a child or grandparents/ 2 friendly couples. Close to skiing, hiking, lake & river swimming, great restaurants... local beer, wine, cheese!. Want yoga, pasta class, or massage? We will gladly hook you up. Or, you could stay in to read, work, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. A very private garden patio for morning coffee/ afternoon beer or wine or awaits you.

This is a spacious loft efficiency apartment above a garage with a private balcony. Sugarbush, Mad River, Bolton Valley, Lake Champlain, all nearby. New hot tub! Cold plunge! Wifi and WiFi calling! New stove and fridge! You will need ALL-WHEEL DRIVE to get here in the WINTER and spring during MUD SEASON.
