Beautiful log wood cottage with a cathedral roof and a wood stove, located right on the shores of Lac Desmarais in Estrie. The dock is the ideal spot for relaxing. The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal. The hot tub is available for use all year round. Starting January 2021 : 1 booking = 1 tree replanted through Tree Canada

Située dans un rond point près de l'université et de la 410. Grand appartement en demi-sous sol avec grande fenêtre. Aucune pièce partagée, entrée extérieure indépendante et sortie autonome. La chambre 2 est verrouillée, ouverte à partir d'une réservation de 3 personnes (vous pouvez être 2 et réserver pour 3). Nous habitons au-dessus et nous avons deux jeunes garçons. Le grand four ne fonctionne plus, mais il y a un mini-four. Stationnement disponible. *Fêtes interdites
