This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Tucked away in a peaceful setting with lush landscaping is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of LA. The Contemporary Cottage has the charm of a country cottage on the outside, with a fresh, contemporary design on the inside with a full kitchen. Or, fire up the patio grill and have a barbecue in a shady garden overlooking your private pool. OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.

Also includes Wi-Fi , Apple TV and super comfy bed. Close to restaurants, Universal Studios, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s & parks. Modest, yet with everything you need. It's conveniently close to the 405 freeway, so Universal Studios/Hollywood/Santa Monica/Magic Mountain are all 20-30 minutes away. WiFi is provided and there's plenty of street parking.
