Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

The accommodation in the residential complex of Aloha Garden in Costa Adeje is a place of peace located in a touristic area of Torviscas alto. The functionally furnished apartment with its private terrace can accommodate up to a max of 3 people. There is an option of dining outside. A shared community swiming pool. Wonderful panoramic views to the ocean and La Gomera. There is a restaurant in the complex area, gym and bus stop nearby. Just a short way to CC Xsur. Around 20 min to the beach.

The residence has a big swimming pool and a relaxing area where you can enjoy your holiday. Shops and restaurants are in a walking distance, and if you are finding the night life in less then 5 minutes there are a lot of clubs in Las Veronicas. The bus station is at 1 minute from the studio, so you can reach every destination in the island even without a car.
