Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Mein kleines Reihenhaus verfügt über drei Etagen, ist ca. 100 qm groß und steht auf einem fast 300 qm großem Grundstück. Ich wohne in dem Haus und ziehe aus, wenn Gäste kommen. Zum Rhein und der Bonn International School sind es etwa 1 km. Die Rheinaue, die Postbank, das WCCB und die Telekom befinden sich im Umkreis von maximal 4 km. Hunde sind herzlich Willkommen.Da ich sehr alte Nachbarn habe und das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, sind Partys und Veranstaltungen verboten. Nachtruhe: 22: Uhr

Helle und freundliche Dachgeschoßwohnung in direkter Nähe des Flughafens Köln/Bonn (5 Min.) und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Busse sind fußläufig in 3-5 Min. zu erreichen. Bis zum Bahnhof Porz/Rhein braucht man nur 5 Min., um von dort mit S-Bahn oder Regionalzügen in nur 10 Min. zur Messe Deutz oder in 15 Min. zum Kölner Hauptbahnhof zu gelangen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Kneipen, Cocktailbar und ein Eiscafe.

The room can be used independently from the rest of the house. It has a double bed (1.40) and a private bathroom with a shower In the passage to the bathroom you can prepare food. The induction hotplate can be set up as needed. Basic equipment is available. We live 6 km away from Cologne/Bonn Airport, which is 9 minutes by car. You don't have to worry about towels and bed linen. Important! We also live in this house. You will hear living noises.
