Located in the foothills of the Sierras and on the edge of The Giant Sequoia National Park, this 107 acre cattle ranch has a rare beauty that everyone enjoys. Sip your coffee on the balcony of your Cottage and relax in the peaceful energy of the pond, pastureland, the mountains, and the sunset. We have hiking, biking & riding trails and 10 holes of Disc Golf to play. Visit Success Lake or Tule River or Casino. We also have 2 other rental units (Private Suite & Ranch House) for friends/family.

Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds, and, a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Now we would love to share our 5-acre farm with you!

Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

Seven generations later my family continues our love affair with this land and its mountains and canyons and oakwood savannahs and of course, the river. Come and experience the magic we call home.
