It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This modern first-floor apartment, 280 m from the beach, features a 20 m2 private terrace with a dining table, sun loungers, and sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave, plus a seating area with satellite TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms have queen beds, and the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Extras include a ground-floor BBQ, bed linens, towels, iron, baby cot, and highchair.

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
