Close to Main Street & restaurants (< 10 minute walk) & the hot springs pool (<15 minute walk).There are 2 tvs & Dish hoppers. Winter Visitors(Typically Mid November–Mid April)– 4WD highly recommended. 2 parking spaces available.

We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Ride the train up to almost the front door. Plenty of pull around and thru parking for trucks and trailers.
