Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

On the second floor, 2 bedrooms (one with a TV) with balconies and a bathroom. We provide WIFI, air conditionings and heaters.

Decorated with modern furniture and linens, this place has it all! Two good size bathrooms for your comfort. Kitchen is fully equipped and all rooms do have air-conditioning. A great balcony to enjoy the view from morning till evening.The large round table let you enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinners outside. Included a Weber BBQ.

It has a NATURAL SWIMMING POOL, swim and relax in the clean swimming area while watching hovering dragonflies, butterflies and all the magic of a natural swimming pool. In 2015 the house was completely renovated with an extension built using straw bales that keeps the house cool in the summer an warm in the winter. Portugal Algarve / Albufeira / Private access to the beach. The apartment is located about 2 km west of the city of Albufeira. Just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Coelha beach and other beautiful nearby beaches, namely Praia do Castelo, Praia de São Rafael, Praia da Galé, among others. The apartment has a large terrace with a privileged view of the sea, fully equipped with bed and bath linen. The space is a peaceful, cozy and wonderful place to relax.

The house looks out over the terracotta rooftops of the town that clings to the hillside, its cobbled streets tumbling down to the river valley. Street Parking is available close tot he house. This unique place has a style all its own.
