Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. My Dream Home

The Dream Home has the view of Mt Shasta, Black Butte and Spring Hill with a far infrared sauna, a large jacuzzi tub where you embrace the view of the mountain also with a nice sky light to watch the clouds or stars, a massage chair, and a stand still bike then to sleep in a California King Bed. there's a deck also you can enjoy. There is a view of Mount Shasta from the back deck and up the hill. The hill is also great for sledding in the winter.
