This rental is a private apartment on the lower half of a large home with it's own entrance. Guests share only the 5 park like acres of river front outdoors. There are also 2 year round streams. The suite is spacious with river and garden views. There is one large bedroom with king bed and queen murphy bed. The living room has a queen futon that folds out into a bed . This apartment is ideal for two persons or a family . Guests enjoy bird watching , fishing., swimming, and hiking. .

Left of the residence & attached to the workshop your studio awaits your arrival. The park like setting patio has beautiful mountain views. The welcome book will be your guide to close by Siskiyou Lake activities w/ hiking, biking, golf & restaurants. It is 2 miles to town. Turn left up the driveway to your Cozy Studio.

Dave and Betsy’s Boat House

A one of a kind boathouse on the Fall River. It offers beautiful views, sunsets, great deck, river access, fishing access, boat storage for nightly guests, launch included. No place like it on the Fall River. With access to my nearby cattle ranch with farm animals, hiking and boat rentals also on the Fall River. Perfect place for fisherman, birders, and hikers, with seven waterfall hikes within an hour drive. Close to Mt Shasta and Lassen park. Safe gated parking with a game room included.

Mott's Cottage

Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Aspen Room

Aspen Room is an upstairs queen bedroom at the Bluebird Inn with lots of Victorian charm. Enjoy the historic house and grounds, built in the 1870s, and a cherished house in Etna. Read a book in the shade, enjoy a coffee on the porch, or take a short walk to downtown Etna. Adventure activities abound in the nearby wilderness. Includes breakfast from the Farmhouse Bakery. *This Victorian home has authentically squeaky floors, classic narrow staircases, and short doors into the bathrooms.

River House

This unique and family-friendly place is on the banks of the Upper Sacramento River & accommodates 8 people comfortably. River House, a historic home built as a fishing cabin in 1923, is very functional & up to code while maintaining its original style. The upstairs dormer bedroom can sleep at least 6, with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on the main floor. The back yard has a BBQ, picnic table, & fishing at the rear along the river. The landscape of rare & native plants is fascinating to see.
