Atico situé aux deux derniers étages au décor soigné avec beaucoup de charme, au calme et avec peu de vis-à-vis pour un appartement au centre des animations de Sitges dans la vielle ville piétonnière. Avec une exposition traversante d’Est en Ouest vous pouvez profiter de ses 3 terrasses toute la journée Il dispose de toute le confort et d’une climatisation réversible non apparente, qui est nettoyée 2 fois par an avec changement des filtres. Logement totalement indépendant situé au 3ème et 4ème étage (Atico 3) sans ascenseur dans un immeuble du village de la zone piétonnière. Susane qui parle plusieurs langues sera votre contact pour vous indiquer les bons endroits, ou vous assister en cas de problème dans l'appartement. Il n’y a pas de place de parking avec l’appartement. Si il y a du savon au lavabo et les serviettes fournies, pensez à apporter vos autres affaires de toilette.
