Sojourn Cabin at Feral Farm

Unique, Off-Grid Cordwood Cabin located on a 46-acre agroforestry farm. Offering a double bed, wood-firebox, propane stove-top, open shelving, LED lights, counter-top water dispenser, and nearby hand-pump well and outhouse. Our permaculture farm includes tiny cabins, a swimming creek, and hiking trails. It is located amidst great views, dreamy hikes, nearby rivers and endless stars! Our family home since 1956, when it was designed and built by local life long residents Louie and Roberta. Mid-century style floor plan with generously sized spaces offer an excellent blend of space and comfort. The family's connection to the Northwest art movement of Fishtown and Skagit valley artist can be observed on the walls of the home. Enjoy the views and serenity or take the short stroll to downtown. Father and son team have taken great care to update the home with all modern amenities.

Coal Creek Cottage (hot tub, dog and kid friendly)

Coal Creek Cottage is a peaceful, private, dog and kid-friendly retreat perfect for couples or small families looking for easy access to the North Cascades! The cottage is situated on a quiet road just 7 minutes east of Sedro Woolley and 15 minutes from I-5. It comfortably sleeps 1-6. Inside there is a full kitchen, high speed internet, 2 Smart TVs for streaming, and laundry. Outside boasts separate driveway, private patio, and a fenced play yard with firepit. We are about 1 hour from the NCNP.

The Cozy Bungalow perfect for lounging around on the bed and watch T.V. So not much work gets done that’s for sure. While hanging around watching T.V. all day and sleeping sounds great, there’s lots of other stuff to do too. We keep the breakfast nook open 24 hours a day. There’s lots of deck space and outdoor seating for warm days. Most importantly, we have two hot tubs for our guests to use!
