Offering a double bed, wood-firebox, outdoor kitchen, propane stove-top, LED lights, counter-top water dispenser, and nearby hand-pump well and outhouse. Our permaculture farm includes tiny cabins, a swimming creek, and hiking trails. It is located amidst great views, dreamy hikes, nearby rivers and endless stars! Come get away from the city and relax on a private wooded 1/3 acre lot and an expertly updated home that includes live-edge countertops, new plank floors, a full size bathroom with updated flooring and penny-tile shower, and an oversized deck to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the river.

The Bit & Bridle Cabin has that out-in-the-country feel, yet it is only minutes from Oak Harbor's town center. It is a studio cabin tiny house. The small 17 acres farm provides Donna's horses room to play and Stan's Autobody & Paint Shop a place to thrive. Other buildings are the owners' house, a small family residence, a covered riding arena, Stan Wingate's shop, and a "Fowl Manor" and run. Ten beautiful old apple trees are scattered around. The Cabin is next to one of the apple orchards.

The Coho Cabin - A Beachfront Getaway

Welcome to the Coho Cabin, a tiny house/log cabin perched atop Skagit Bay with direct westerly waterfront views of wildlife, Whidbey Island and the Olympic Mts. Built in 2007, it's an authentic log cabin, custom designed out of Alaskan Yellow Cedar. Enjoy the rustic-yet-elegant vibe, radiant heated floors, cozy loft bed, outdoor bbq and private location. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Cozy Cabin by Skagit River

Restored from the early 1900's. This cozy cabin sits right above the Howard Miller Steelhead Park on the Skagit River. The Rockport Bar and Grill is next door. We are just a minute off of highway 20, also known as The North Cascade Highway. There is a Futon for an extra guest. We now have air conditioning! This listing is not wheelchair accessible. This listing is also not suitable for children under the age of 12, there are safety issues in the area.

Anacortes Orchard Studio

Light, airy studio with private entrance, kitchenette, full bathroom. 1 mile to downtown Anacortes, 2.5 miles to San Juan Islands ferry terminal in a very quiet neighborhood, easy access. Relaxing guest area in the gardens with outdoor seating, old apple trees, sun-dappled shade, flowers, birds, pick your own apples in season! A quiet retreat that feels like being in the countryside yet right in town. Off-street parking, quiet, safe neighborhood.

The Granary - Charming cottage w/goats and views!

The Granary is a recently converted 110 year old grain shed (remodeled Summer 2020). It features a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, bedroom loft and beautiful .75 bath. Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.

Cornet Bay Boat House (Deception Pass State Park)

This newly renovated studio layout boathouse is a perfect getaway for couples who want to wake up to the sounds of nature in the morning. Living room has an electric fireplace, a queen sized bed, recliners, smart tv w/ cable. Kitchen has a full size fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, tea kettle, and bar seating. Bathroom has a toilet, sink, and stall shower. Access to a private dock. Kayaks&Paddle boards available.
