Utforsk vårt sjarmerende hus i Vika! Beliggende svært sentralt, kun 5 minutter fra Nationaltheatret og Aker Brygge, likevel godt skjermet i en frodig bakgård. Huset har to etasjer: i første etasje finner du et moderne kjøkken, stue og et soverom. Andre etasje inneholder bad, to soverom og en flott terrasse. Huset er opprinnelig en stallbygning fra 1895, men er modernisert i nyere tid til dagens standard. Likevel er mye av den eldre sjarmen bevart, og vi ønsker velkommen til en unik opplevelse!

På dette stedet kan familien din bo i nærheten av alt, beliggenheten er sentral. Ca 150 meter til bussholdeplassen. Bussen tar ca 7 min til Lillestrøm togstasjon, varemessa og sentrum. 12 min med tog til Oslo. Marka er rett ved siden av huset. Veldig koselig uteområdet med mange sitteplasser. Gode parkeringsmuligheter rett foran huset. I midten av juli vil katten være hjemme dvs det er fint om du kan mate den når han kommer innom. han trenger ikke å være i huset om det ikke er ønsket

Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.

Huset ligger i et rolig område med villabebyggelse, som passer for både store og små. Det er lekeplass, turområde og idrettsbaner i umiddelbar nærhet. Butikk og storsenter er like i nærheten og det er lett å komme seg til både Oslo, Lillestrøm og Gardermoen flyplass med tog, buss eller bil.
