The min renting age is 25 yrs (a photo ID is required), a contract needs to be signed.

This tiny house is not so tiny at 600 sq. ft. Light-filled and mid-century modern-appointed in a gorgeous hot springs retreat, situated on a lake and right across from the mineral pools. There are wonderful views of the sunrise over the mountains behind the lake, while egrets emerge and ducks stir from sleep and the black swan settles into his place under the oak tree. The desert wakes up and is bathed in sunlight while you enjoy a morning coffee on the patio before your first hot pool dip.

The Cabin at Painted Canyon Homestead This serene cabin is situated at the mouth of a canyon overlooking Morongo Valley, where the high desert meets the San Gorgonio & San Jacinto Mountains. As the guest house on our property of 5 acres, the cabin is privately located bordering vast public lands. Wander the property, hike the canyon trail, visit our four cheeky mini donkeys, & enjoy the wood-fired hot tub (or use it with fresh cold water!). Perfectly suited for two w/ lots of space to explore!

The smaller structure houses an open-air bedroom that offers views of the mountains and is perfect for stargazing. It also has an indoor bedroom underneath. Our Guest house sits high above the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley and the views are breathtaking. Our pools and backyard are clothing-optional so you can enjoy them without a bathing suit along with us. Our Guest house features the amazing stained glass work of Gunter Zedler. If you are interested in staying with us, please read our entire listing and respond to our reply / message to your request to book. We do require guests to arrive between noon and 5pm so please plan accordingly.

This is a brand new house. This house is small, but very cozy, and has all amenities you need to enjoy your holiday. This house is located on the shore side of the lake, where you can enjoy the lake view from inside of the house and on open deck at the back of the house. On the deck you may enjoy romantic dinner or drink the morning coffee and watch swans and ducks swimming in the lake. There is a tennis court available nearby for people who like to stay active during their days off.
