Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στη χώρα του νησιού ( σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά από τον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Σκύρου και 100 μέτρα απόσταση από τη πλατεία Μπρούκ και τους Αρχαιολογικούς χώρους.) ενώ παράλληλα προσφέρει εύκολη πρόσβαση σε δημόσιο παρκινγκ.Ιδανικός χώρος γιά ζευγάρια.
