The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

Set in lovely countryside, the Stables Flat is a private one bedroom apartment decorated in a modern style. It is part of a stable yard that is no longer in use. Guests and their dogs are welcome to enjoy the paddocks and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. There are lots of circular country walks including dog friendly pubs and the Bolney wine estate and cafe. Being close to the A23 and A272, gives easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens.

Tucked in amongst the trees on the edge of woodland at the back of our semi-rural property, the cabin has a private deck area with views across the neighbour's field where sheep and horses graze. Walking distance of the South of England showground, Wakehurst Place, local pubs and close to Ardingly College. Breakfast included.

There are also many vineyards in the surrounding area particulary Ridgeview and Bolney Estate.
