Two blocks from NJTransit busses to NYC, walking distance from restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, laundromats banks, vintage shops, parks and hiking trails, 15 min drive to Garden State Plaza. NO SMOKING! We take cleanliness very seriously. Note: 6’4” ceiling height.

Our cozy historical 2 bedroom apartment with river views, two porches, and modern upgrades is just what you need for a delightful getaway or focused work-cation. We've preserved historical charms (hardwood floors, historical trim, retro fixtures) while adding in modern amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stylish bathroom, new kitchen, electric car charger, etc!). Less than a mile from the Newburgh-Beacon Ferry launch, which connects you to Metro North Train. Note: Located on the second floor!

It is located on the 2nd floor and it foes require you to go up the stairs. You will have parking for 1 car on an outdoor driveway. The apartment has all you need: comfy queen bed and a super comfy couch that is perfect to sleep as well. We don’t have an oven but we have pots, pans and an electric cooktop for your convenience and meal preps. Microwave is there.

Welcome to our cottage located just 1 hour north of NYC! It is nestled into 2.7 acres of beautiful gardens, mossy groves, and lovely woods. Nature abounds: The property abuts the 4000 acres of the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. A trailhead begins right across the driveway. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.
