The Smithy at Cross Pipes, Goathland

The Smithy is a self contained stone built cottage situated on the edge of the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. It was built in the 1800’s and was originally one of two blacksmiths serving the community of Goathland. The Smithy offers you a comfortable base to visit the local area. Spacious studio accommodation with a king sized bed in a recessed area, walk in shower and toilet, full kitchen facilities, wood burning stove, TV and Wi-Fi. There is an outside seating area and private parking.

Runswick Bay - Top Gallant - with great sea views

Top Gallant and is down in the Bay. We have a great veranda with amazing views. WiFi and a Smart TV which includes Netflix and Prime Video. Bedding and towels provided. We provide a free parking pass for the (“Homeowners car park). 3 nights minimum booking. The booking includes a bottle of wine. No Pets. The property is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems due to steps and a spiral staircase. Check in 3pm. Check out 11.00 am. I charge no cleaning fee but please leave tidy.

Periwinkle cottage is a beautifully renovated property, perfectly located in the centre of the quaint village of Ruswarp but a short walk to the centre of Whitby. The open plan lounge, with comfortable seating, smart tv leads to a luxury fitted kitchen which in turn leads to a private outdoor space, ideal for lazing in the sun and Al fresco dining. Our Treetops cabin is a woodland room, en-suite with a stunning outdoor space and fire pit, views through the trees, and sounds of nature all around. Treetops is one of three cabins set in 4 acres of woodland. Individually designed and centrally heated, Treetops has a double bed, a shower room, a dining/seating area. We sell logs for the cute log burner. There is a small fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer and a TV. And a gas barbecue with gas ring on the porch.
