Built in the 1990s by our grandmother and her partner, this legacy home is thoughtfully cared for and designed as a place to slow down, weather-watch, and reconnect with the coast. The Groundskeeper's Cabin

The Groundskeeper's Cabin is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath cabin located in the heart of Gasquet, CA, conveniently situated off the 199 highway. Gasquet is 20 miles from the ocean, 10 miles from the Redwood National Forest, and sits directly on the Smith River. Come for the many adventures that the tallest trees, cleanest river, and secluded beaches have to offer, but stay for a sense of pure serenity. This cabin is in its final stages of the remodel and will be ready to rent in August 2024

The deck provides indoor and outdoor living space with a hot tub overlooking the trees and providing ocean views. Activities surround the area and the coastal views are included.
