Ovaj prekrasni apartman smješten je na prizemlju Ville Matea. Sastoji se od tri sobe, dvije sobe ijmaju bračni krevet, a jedna soba ima dva kreveta za jednu osobu . Kuhinja je u potpunosti opremljena, blagavaonica je povezana sa dnevnim boravkom te se nudi mogućnost izlaska na terasu. U dvorištu se nalazi bazen veličine 45 metara kvadratni i ljetna kuhinja koju je moguće korisiti. Isto tako, ležaljke i suncobrani su besplatni i gosti su ih slobodni korisiti. Cijeli objekt je ograđen ogradom.

Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Cijeli objekt je samo vaš, dvorište je ograđeno kamenim zidom koji skriva poglede prolaznika, bez direktnih susjeda, vlasnik živi 200m dalje. Vanjski bazen sa sustavom elektrolize morske soli, 3 klimatizirane spavaće sobe, 3 kupaonice, unutarnja i vanjska kuhinja, internet, playstation4, 4 SmartTV, pikado, pješčanik za djecu, stolni nogomet, garantiraju vam prekrasan odmor.
