Completely renovated in 2024, mama Marija apartment ensures privacy, utmost relaxation and enjoyment at Hvar town waterfront. Original stone walls of the exterior beautifully complement timeless interior design. Wonderfully spacious and inviting, the apartment includes two balconies which overlook the marina and the old town, two beautifully designed bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a common area which combines a smartly designed kitchen and a living room, perfectly suited for get-togethers.

Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Apartman je smješten odmah pokraj mora u centru mjesta Brna. U blizini kuće i apartmana nalaze se caffe bar, nekoliko restorana i izvrsna pizzeria. Sve je na samo par minuta hoda od apartmana. U mjestu Brna svakodnevno radi dobro opremljena trgovina Studenac (par minuta hoda). U Brni možete iznajmiti brodicu ili motor/skuter. U blizini, u mjestu Smokvica (5 km), su izvrsne kušaonice poznatog vina Pošip. Do grada Korčule je samo 35 minuta s autom, a do Vela Luke 25 minuta.
