The place is located on the margin of Boholt River, thats running behind the newly built chalet- type house. There are eight, wooden furnitured bedrooms. Each bedroom owns a shower bathroom. There is an espresso machine, refrigerator and a dishwasher. In the cold season, the heat is provided by a floorheating watter pump. Private parking space for eight cars. There is no smoking rule inside the house but there is a smoking area outside.
