Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

(The lower deck is temporarily closed for repairs but the upper deck and the gazebo are still open). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. 5 uniquely decorated cabins serve as your base for all your Alaska fun! Each cabin is 500 sq feet and has a small kitchen, bath with tile shower, one bedroom and a sleeping loft. Kenai river access for fishing a short walk from your cabin. 13 acres allows for the chance see wildlife from your porch while having coffee from the Keurig coffee maker. We also have 6 RV sites with full hookups. Dry camping. Laundry cabin with coin op washers and dryers. It also has an extra bath with 2 Showers.

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

The twin beds allow for a friendly getaway, or can be combined into a king sized bed for a couples retreat! We are minutes from the Kenai River and other local attractions. This apartment has everything you need to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable!

Great city location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the Kenai River. This house is just steps from Central Peninsula General Hospital, and the public library. There is parking in the heated garage with room for additional vehicles in the driveway or on the quiet street out front. The master bedroom has a queen bed, there is a double bed in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom/office has a single bed.

We are located right in the heart of Soldotna with easy access to everything in town and are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula with access to Homer, Seward, Capt. Cook State Park, and countless adventures. This location is a great jumping off point and features close access to fishing at the world famous Kenai River just a few minutes away. The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
