Am Anreisetag ist die Ferienwohnung ab 17 Uhr bezugsbereit, oder nach Absprache. Am Abreisetag muss die Ferien – Wohnung bis um 12 Uhr geräumt sein.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

The apartment is on the sea view side just 200 m from the first small grocery store. Ideal for 4 persons. But we can welcome 6. It has: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, balcony, fully equipped kitchen, one Air conditioning, LCD TV, Radio, Free WiFi, free 1 parking spot. A welcome drink is included.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
