The Black House - colorful style and garden

Welcome to The Black House. A charming wooden house built in 1928 with a terrass facing the south and a spacious garden. Balcony facing the north side. One master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. Living room with a real fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. 1.5 bathrooms. The house is my private home which means it has personal items but plenty of space for storage. ABBA recorded a version of "Waterloo" in 1973 in the old studio downstairs. The studio is now a separate apartment with tenants.

Wonderful house with heated pool in quiet area, 10 minutes away from central Stockholm. Spacious, modern kitchen with all ammenities. Beautiful garden with sun throughout the day, BBQ, trampoline, sports equipment, toys and more. Trainline to Stockholm Central just 5 minutes walk, train takes 10 minutes to town. 20 minutes from Arlanda Airport, easily accessible by train or taxi. Close to shops and restaurants as well as playgrounds, parks, forests, lakes and walking and running tracks.

Pendeltåget tar er in till centralstationen på 20 minuter. flera badsjöar ligger i närheten den närmsta från omslagsbilden ligger 800 meter från bostaden. Bostaden ligger 20 minuter från Arlanda flygplats och har egen parkering.

Bed sheets, towels and essentials included in the price! Villa in a nice area 3,5 km to the lake Mälaren and a 20 minutes drive to the City center of Stockholm. From Jakobsberg Station (a 8-10 minutes walk from our house) you'll reach the Central Station in 20 minutes by taking the Suburban Train. We have a huge garden well suited for playing kids and recreation. Near by shop open 9am to 9pm 7+ rooms

New home in Kista - 4 guests

This is a great house for a family. It has two bedrooms, one downstairs and one on the loft. It is situated in a northern suburb of Stockholm with great access to public transport. The bus stop is about 200m walk and the metro train is less than ten minutes' walk. You will really enjoy your stay in this lovely traditional Swedish home.
