Barnvänligt med studsmatta, lekstuga, gungor. Vi bor 2 min från Häggvik pendeltågsstation med direkttåg till Arlanda, Mall of Scandinavia, Strawberry Arena & Stockholm City. Gångavstånd till flera matbutiker, restauranger & apotek. 10 min promenad till Järvafältets naturreservat & en visningsgård med får, grisar, kor, getter, höns & hästar

The ground floor we offer is 100% independent with separate entrance, bathroom, sauna, 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen and a terrace. You can access a laundry room if you need. Efficient energy solutions, make our villa eco-friendly. M-spa hot tub on the terrace is warm, relaxing and available at an extra cost of 350 SEK per use between 15 April and 15 October. Welcome!

This family friendly apartment is close to all amenities. Situated 5 minutes walking distance from the train/bus station (20minutes from Arlanda airport, 15 minutes from Stockholm central station by train). Close to shopping center, parks, and 15-minutes walking distance from the sea. The flat is composed by a living room with a sofa bed and access to a terrace, a sleeping area with double bed, a children's bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.

Lägenheten är helt fristående med egen entré. 150 m till lokalbuss som tar dig till affärer och tunnelbana på ca 5 min. Lugnt villaområde, nära till vatten och naturen. 500 m till Edsvikens strand (havet) och bad, samt 800 m till Rinkebyskogen och motionsspår. Fri bilparkering på gatan.

Pendeltåg direkt till Stockholm central på 16 minuter, samt pendeltåg till Arlanda. Har du bil ingår gratis parkering i anslutning till lägenheten. Möjlighet att ställa in extra säng.

Med tre bra restauranger inom 2 min, omgivande slottspark och gröna promenadstråk är detta än härlig plats för familjetid. 10 min promenad till modernt shoppingcenter och 20 min med tåg till centrala Stockholm.

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.

The apartments location is in the northern of Stockholm - Kistahöjden, close to the industrial Kista zone, where large companies are located, including Ericsson, the Kista Mässan conference center, the KTH Kista campus, etc. The apartment is around 20 m2 and is fully furnished, with an equipped kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher and shared laundry.
