Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Lovely newly built apartment close to the water

You wake up rested in the comfy queen size bed in an apartment that still smells new. You arrived last night at Arlanda airport, and after a mere 15 min drive you were there, at the apartment in the house with the big garden, at the lake Norrviken. You decide to go for a morning swim and take a walk to the closest jetty, hidden among the trees a block away. Then you head off to explore Stockholm, which is just a 25 min drive away. At night you decide to cook dinner at home and put your feet up.

A modern guesthouse (2014) where you can sleep at night and work during the day. Pentry kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower. You can access places such as Kista, Sollentuna, Solna and Stockholm City from the bus stop 450 meters away. Edsviken (fjord) is only 200 meters away where you can swim during summer and ice skate during winter. In the area you will find a local bakery, a lunch place, tennis courts, gym, a shopping center and more. One bicycle is included, basic standard.

Villa w pool, 15 min to Sthlm city, sunsets!

Experience Swedish summer in a unique family friendly villa with heated pool and amazing sunsets. Situated on a hill overlooking the water. Enjoy late sauna baths in summer evenings and jump straight in to the pool to cool off. The veranda has an outdoor kitchen for barbecues. The dining room is just by the veranda separated by only a sliding glass door. Enjoy the dinner inside or outside. Sliding glass doors on the floor level leading straight to the pool. 15 min by car/taxi to Sthlm city.

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Du ska få bo i en nyrenoverad lägenhet på ca 40m2 med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter och njuta av en oslagbar utsikt över Edsviken. Om du gillar att paddla finns det möjlighet till att hyra en kajak.

A small house in a nice area, 12 km from Stockholm city center and 20 minutes from Arlanda airport. The house offers high standard and a stunning view towards Stockholm. Close to the house there is a small beach, public transportation (30 min to city), 5 min walk to supermarket.
