CAN MINDUS 1 This is one of the three houses that make up the Can Mindus house, from the 19th century. The 3 houses can be rented separately or the whole house. Large garden of almost 3,100 m2, swimming pool and parking. Each house has a garden for private use. Can Mindus is a 7-minute walk from the center of Sóller and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Sóller. Views of the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana and the city of Sóller. Calefacción, aire acondicionado y WIFI en toda la vivienda. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos).

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Coger el tranvía para ir al Puerto de Sóller. Desde casa en coche está a 10 minutos la playa del Puerto de Soller. Totalmente renovada y con todos los lujos necesarios para tener unas vacaciones de ensueño en un paraje idilico.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
