Sanft renovierte Dachwohnung an sehr ruhiger Lage. 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet zum Kochen und ein Esstisch bietet 4 Personen Platz. Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Restaurants, Läden, Schloss, Schwimmbad/Emme, Bahnhof sind in 10-15Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Beide Schlafzimmer lassen sich verdunkeln. Der Gästezugang erfolgt eigenständig via Schlüsselbox. Ein Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Treppensteigen erforderlich.

La maison est complète; Salon , TV, Netflix, Salle à manger, WIFI (la fibre), Cuisine équipée (lave-vaisselle, plaque vitrocéramique, four...), lave-linge, douche spacieuse, 2 WC, nombreux rangements et une terrasse côté sud. Le linge de maison est fourni (linge de lit et serviettes...)

Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gross ,sauber, hell und neu möbiliert. Fühlt Euch willkommen. Carpe Diem 🦋

Recreation and silence with a view over the Alps

The cosy studio apartment is located in the heart of the Emmental on 1140 m ABS with a view over Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The farmhouse from the year 1850 which was renovated in 2019 lies in a quiet neighbourhoor above the sea of fog. The flat has a seperate entrance and a sheltered terrasse with a view over the Alps. The terrasse, which is alined to the south is shared.
