Bring the whole family for a relaxing week at the beach! Ten minutes from the beautiful Ocean City beaches and boardwalk. Our home is loaded with books and games and designed to be family and pet friendly. Three good sized bedrooms and one full bathroom. Outside, enjoy the new patio and gazebo. The kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee! Everything new in 2023. Comfortable new mattresses. Towels/linens provided. Six Beach tags + beach chairs provided. NO Smoking/vaping on property.

Walk or bike from our home to Somers Point restaurants, diners, bars, golfing, boat ramp, etc. Golfers: The property is located just behind Great Bay Country Club Boaters: Two boat ramps are just down the street Foodies: Walk to Smitty's, Gregories, Anchorage, Crab Trap, etc.

Margate City, NJ is between Atlantic City & Ocean City.It is a small, clean, & safe beach town which offers great summer activities. The house is 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. Fine dining restaurants, tennis courts, playgrounds and Lucy the Elephant are minutes away in walking distance. The AC casinos are 4 miles away and offer all kinds of entertainment & fine dining.The best attraction though remains the beach.
