Guests can enjoy the fenced backyard with BBQ grill and patio for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to Texas Av. Wolf Pen Creek park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate, downtown Bryan, and Lake Bryan.

Formerly owned by artist Kiki Newmann, the cottage has been known as the “Healing House” for decades. It’s the perfect place to unwind, celebrate, and create cherished memories.
